They showed up late in the afternoon stayed an hr when I paid for 2 and broke stuff and didn’t tell anyone

When we arrived, approximately 75 percent of the truck had already been loaded by others, and our team handled the remaining heavy items. This was a same-day booking for the afternoon, and we coordinated with you directly to confirm a specific arrival time, which we met. Additionally, we remained on-site for over an hour to ensure the job was completed. We also want to note that you confirmed with us that everything was finished and that there was nothing else left to move. Given this, we are disappointed to see a review that does not reflect the actual events. We value honesty and transparency in our work and always strive to provide the best service possible.
