  • Broken dresser, scuffed and ripped couch, bookcase top unhinged, and rough handling overall, extremely messy and inefficient truck loading wasting space, time, and leaving heavy items behind, unassembled furniture and did not reassemble, waited at second location for 30 minutes for them to show up to unload- they said they would be 5 minutes behind. Buyer beware; Not worth it. Manager responded to phone quickly but no adequate solutions provided.

  • Hired two movers for two hours, one of the movers didn't show. Was still charged full price for both and have been reaching out for some sort of refund but no word, not answering my calls anymore.
