We're not informed the men were deaf till right before they arrived- made it hard to communicate. Asked the men to remove dining table legs to negotiate several curves down the stairs waved it off-damaged table on way down stairs. 1leg was a bit loose but they split the table down one side about three inches. I am not happy about that since I ask them to remove legs - don't think this would have happened if legs removed
