  • BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK! 1 star- I would give zero if possible. They ignored the schedule, broke a tv, and damaged an expensive safe and won’t return any calls. We hired Move It Pro to help unload and specifically handle a heavy safe. Agreed on 1PM a week in advance. Day of the move they tell me it will be 12PM and that’s when they showed up. Only sent two movers, who of course dropped the safe they were hired to move. They also showed me they broke a TV, pointing out exactly how it happened and where the smacked the corner. The movers claimed responsibility and ensured me it would be fixed- that is until they had a phone call with their main office. They denied everything after that and even left the job early. I have a video of them dropping the safe then dragging it down the ramp. Terrible, terrible, terrible. And of course there is no public company on google to review.
