  • If you're looking for professional and reliable help, keep looking! This has been the worst experience ever. They showed up one and a half hours late. One guy had his pants sagging and the other one was wearing slip-on sandals. My first impression was to send them packing, but I was pressed for time and out of options. The younger guy mostly complained the whole time and could barely lift anything. He slipped while helping carry the dining table and broke one of the legs. After that, I worked with the older guy to do the heavy lifting while the younger one packed the truck. During the move, a lot of the things he stacked fell over. Breaking two bookcases and scratching the refrigerator. At the new house, the front door was damaged from them trying to force the refrigerator through it without first measuring to see if it would fit. It's been two weeks now and the manager has been giving us the run around, promising to send a repair man to access the damage. We're still waiting...
