9 HOURS TO LOAD 1 20 FT TRAILER REFUSED TO LISTEN SAT IN HIS TRUCK IN AC FOR 45-AN HOUR AT A TIME, AND SAID IT WAS TOO HOT, THAT HE WOULDN'T GET ANY WORK DONE UNTIL THE SUN WENT DOWN. IT WAS SCHEDULED FROM 3-6.. IT TOOK FROM 3 TO MIDNIGHT. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I AM DISABLED I WAS HELPLESS, AND THAT WAS DISCUSTING. LEFT IMPORTANT STUFF BEHIND WAS INTIMIDATING AT THE END. LEFT WITH A ROCK WEDGED IN THE RAMP AND DOOR OPEN. UHAUL HAD TO SEND SOMEONE TO HELP WITH THE TRUCK. THE MOST DISCUSTING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND I DID NOT WANT TO PAY MORE. EVIL WICKED DISGUSTING. I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN EVEN IF THEY WERE THE LAST COMPANY. I WOULD RATHER GRAB A HOMELESS PERSON OF THE STREET TO HELP.. A FULL REFUND AND APOLOGY WITH LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS WOULD BE APPROPRIATE.
