  • Because UHAUL didn't inform me a dolly and tools were needed, the workers did the best they could. The job wasn't completed and the time span wasn't sufficient. I don't fault the the movers but the company should have movers with the necessary tools if needed. The UHaul company should have let me know what could possibly or probably be needed

  • The young men did well in all aspects except when they moved my deep freezer. They let it slam into the ground from being all the way on its side. Don’t even know if it works still yet because I have to wait 24 hours before I can plug it back in. Visibly when looking at it externally I don’t see any leaks but I’ll be shocked if it still works.

    UPDATE HIS DEEP FREEZER WORKS We try our best to have no mistakes the freezer was slippery it slipped he did apologize sorry for your experiance
