The two young men were polite & on time however inexperienced in moving the larger pieces like the mattress. They damaged my hall wall in three places with holes through the Plaster 10 inches in size. I tried to contact the company several times to work out repayment fir damages & they do not respond. It's a shame that I have to leave a negative review as the young men apologized profusely about the damage but that doesn't pay for the repair.
