• I can't say that I'm overly impressed with Hodges and the loading experience of my items. First off, the communication piece was pretty clear in the beginning adding the continued mention of the owner's past former NFL experience prior and during the actual move. Kudos to him and his success, however, this is not the avenue to continually mention your accolades. With loading my items, the logics of how they loaded them were a little backwards. Boxes were loaded FIRST toward the back of the truck and furniture was loaded LAST toward the front. In my past experiences with moving, most companies would load the boxes last attempting to maintain boxes in the designated areas. Some of my items were taken apart without much direction or even notice that they were taken apart. My sofa now has a broken leg, the office desk top piece appears to have been pulled from the screws that secured it, and my bedroom plank has a stripped screw and a missing plank.

  We appreciate your time and business. Our policy on loading had been the same since day one. Most U-Haul have a attic on truck so we load boxes in it because no big furniture will fit. Good luck on your journey. Im H.Hodges
