I hired Jesus Name Movers in Houston and was disappointed. The supervisor, Brother Isaac, used heavy-handed tactics from the start. He raised his voice and pressured us to sign a digital no-liability waiver on the spot or he would walk. This was never disclosed in advance. He immediately targeted the heavier items and said he might not move them unless I helped. My wife and I have moved these items ourselves before. He also demanded we buy $30 shrink wrap for one item or he would reject it, despite us already having pads. What took another company 1 hour to load took them 2.5 hours to unload. They stood around talking unless I was watching. I was treated like an unpaid worker and ordered around to lift items or risk them being left behind. The only reason I gave 2 stars for service, is because they helped remove a door to fit one item inside. Overall the service was rude, pushy, and unprofessional. I would not use them again.
