• James and Mo were extremely professional. The company communicated with us in a timely manner. The job was very difficult, as there were two sets of stairs up to the apartment (a partial and a full set). To make matters worse, in order to move the washer and dryer into their respective spot, we had to disconnect and move the fridge out of the kitchen. This was unexpected and took a bunch of extra time. But they did not complain and helped with this. We had a king sized bed and base and headboard, washer and dryer, heavy sofa, bookcase enclosed cabinet, table, 75 inch television, and many, many boxes and suitcases. They never complained and were always careful with our stuff. It was very hot (90 degrees) and they never complained. All we had was a flat dolly which wouldnt help up the stairs, so they brought and used their own dolly. These guys were great and professional and were available onnshort notice (one day). They accommodated the time we wanted. I would use them again for sure!
