We are one of the top Moving helper companies on the platform. We do not provide Trucks, Vans or Moving Appliances, we are moving helpers only. For customers who live on the 4th 5th or 6th floor of a walk up with no elevator. You will need to book a 3 Men or 4th Men crew. Our hours of operations are from 10am-6pm.

The movers didn’t follow our very specific directions for protecting important items and didn’t do what we asked to protect the shipment despite us reiterating it several times.

Not true at all!! We have pictures of this move and the customer decided not to wrap any of his furniture up as we instructed him to do to protect his belongings. Customers will always blame us for their lack of preparation. We have photos to contradict this review. This customer was informed before his moving date, to make sure all furniture is wrapped up and that you have bungee cords to tie things together and you did not. Nothing and we mean nothing was damaged on our watch at all!!!!
