• They broke my 65 inch TV, my dead mother's heirlooms, my desk and many other items. They were 4 hours LATE. When they arrived they sat down on MY BED and started watching TikTok videos. They went into my refrigerator and started drinking sodas - the sodas I bought for my trip. THEY ARE HORRIFIC!!!! I've never been so disappointed in a moving company and as a 61 year old woman I've moved A LOT. Nothing like this has ever happened in my long life! I'm going to hire an attorney to recoup my damages.

• Shemar &Dj of AdvanceMoverz were scheduled to arrive at 11am however they didn’t arrive until 530 pm causing me to receive late fee from U-Haul. Upon their arrival they reeked of marijuana. When moving I seen Dj tossing some of my belongings and dropped them causing some of my glasses to break. Still in good faith I left to go get the guys pizza. While I was gone they quickly unloaded my belongings from the truck piling everything up in my living room in one big mess. Upon my return Dj and Shemar were sitting at the entry of my apartment complex waiting for the pay out code and their pizza Leaving a Number of things still inside of the U-Haul. When entering my apartment I discovered my dryer was damaged. A few days later I’m still unpacking and find some of my dinnerware had been broken. I’ve reached out to AdvanceMoverz trying to resolve the matter still with no response as of June 5, 2025. I would not recommend there services if you value your money or belongings.
