I paid for four hours of help in the morning. They contacted me to say they were only available for one hour in the morning.

My china cabinet sustained great damage due to the top sliding off the base. The screws holding them together were removed in order to move the cabinet from the house to the truck. Once on the truck the screws were not replaced. The helpers were reminded 2 times to replace the screws and they agreed. I reached out to the owner 1 text with photos and 3 phone messages. No reply.
