The fast movers were able to book me for the next day, they had very quick and responsive communication. They got the move done very efficiently and were overall great to work with!!!

Overall, a very frustrating experience. I asked them to move the heavy items first, but they ignored that and focused on small things instead. They moved slowly, and I had to help just to get things done within the four hours I paid for. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY FOR TWO EXTRA HOURS, THE LEAD MOVER PUSHED FOR CASH INSTEAD OF THE UHAUL APP — I REFUSED AND PAID $210 VIA ZELLE FROM MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT. I HAVE RECORDS AND HIS TEXT MESSAGES TO CONFIRM THIS. What really crossed the line, though, was his unprofessional attitude. He also kept complaining about the drive, and after I paid, he got rude when I asked him to strap down the TV as we had agreed. Then he abruptly left, saying they were late for another job, and slammed the truck gate closed.
