• Just awful. I hired 2 guys for 3 hours to load. They took their time loading, I kept having to walk outside to see where they were because they weren’t continuously coming in & out, when 3 hours was almost up all my heavy furniture wasn’t even loaded yet they were just grabbing the lighter stuff, had to pay for 3 more hours & they still didn’t get finished. Once I got to my destination & unloaded I found that a lot of my items were broken & damaged, furniture was scratched, my couch has massive indentations on it & stained because they didn’t cover it. I reached back out to them and no response back.

  We are sorry to hear you're unhappy with your experience. Our team made every effort to handle your belongings with care, even using your comforters and sheets at your request since moving blankets weren't provided. We were concerned about this since you were traveling hours away. However, we were told it would be okay. The loading process was delayed in part because items were pulled out of the house and left on the grass before we arrived, which added time and made access to the truck more difficult. During the job, we followed your directions, including unloading and reloading a trailer that was initially packed with the wrong items, which further extended the job. Our crew did not unload your belongings at the destination, so we cannot verify what happened after loading. We used the limited number of straps that you provided to secure everything during transport. While we appreciate your feedback, this review does not reflect the full situation.
