• Please be cautious of all the great reviews. I had to reach out to the company over a month after booking services to confirm the booking. Late on the night before my scheduled move I received a call to confirm my move for the next morning, but the gentlemen lacked details that I had already discussed. On the day of the move about an 15min before the schedule start time I received a call letting me know that the team scheduled had not shown up and that they were working to get a new team but would be at least an hr late. 2 guys out of the 3 I hired showed up and lack the knowledge of getting things done. They clearly are use to taking direction rather than giving it. I had to call in family at the last minute to come help as I was on a time schedule to get the truck loaded and on the road as I relocated out of state. I have yet to receive a call from anyone at this company. Thankfully I built in time for this fiasco but it did cost me extra time and money. Do not hire!

  On Behalf of Premier KC Movers, We apologize our services did not meet your expectations. We recently updated our system to handle increased summer demand which may have caused a lack of detail on a few jobs. One crew member called in sick which is why only two movers arrived. We tried to send another crew, but they were on another job and arrived 2 hours late. Our team follow a standard procedures unless directed otherwise by management. As the owner i sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and that did not receive the true Premier KC Movers Experience. I will be reaching out soon to speak with you.

• Called a couple times to confirm and did not get a call back. Did not show up at scheduled time so we had to book another mover.
