The movers did a decent job except for majorly scratching our brand new fridge. Biggest issue was with the owner and his professionalism. He wasn’t good at communicating when we had issues. Seemed very intentional. Like knowing we wanted to talk to him about the fridge issue and parking so we couldn’t see him. He acted like we’d work something out with the fridge, but has completely ghosted us since asking us for the fridge model. We’ve followed up 3 times.

From the moment I scheduled my move with S&J Pro Movers it was excellent communication. I received a personal confirmation and thank you and Shane followed up with me later in the week. The guys were very respectful with great attitudes from start to finish. Took care of my items like it was their own, I really appreciated not having to worry and stress over my items. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.
