One Direction went above and beyond. Uhaul messed up pretty royally. They assigned us to a location that was supposed to have been closed down due to so many issues. When our moving help arrived, Uhaul didn't have the boxes ready, so it delayed the movers by over an hour. They then gave them a trailer with a broken signal light. One Direction filled the first two boxes and when they arrived with the next two empty ones, they discovered that one of them was full of MOLD and moldy blankets. They immediately alerted us to this, and brought those boxes back. We then had to scramble to get new boxes assigned to us at a different location, but those couldn't be ready till the next morning. Chris and his crew agreed to return the next morning, even though it was their day off, and they were traveling from an hour away, to finish the job. Don't know what we would have done without their help. Highly recommend. Also recommend tipping in cash to avoid any fees.
