  • This was nearly a disaster but ultimately worked out. First, they were delayed 5 hours (scheduled for 1 pm and arrived at 6). Then, they went to the wrong pickup location even though someone from the company texted me to get the address the night before. Because they went to the wrong pickup location initially, they almost didn’t get to the right pick up location before it closed. They made it by a few minutes though. After that everything was fantastic. The two guys were extremely professional and great and moving very heavy and bulky items. It all worked out well, but it was very close to a disaster.
