• On time! Amazing help! Went over and beyond!!

• Hard, working, energetic, really nice guys and a leader that is waaay too full of himself (Calvin). Calvin's assistant did most of the heavy lifting and was an excellent worker, while Calvin arranged the truck. I told him it was stacked too high and would crush boxes on the bottom. Most stuff was in those black and yellow totes, and I told him the yellow lids would crack from the weight. EVERY time I pointed out a problem with his packing, he ARGUED and said he knew what he was doing. He said that he always loaded heavy things on the bottom and light things on top, but when we unloaded, lots of VERY heavy boxes and totes were on the top! When we were unloading, boxes were crushed, many tote lids were cracked, and heavy items like a free-standing air conditioner were tossed on top of lighter items. As I pointed out my concerns, he was so arrogant that he refused to LEARN something. If Calvin had a touch of humility and a little more common sense, he might make a pretty good mover.
