They were prompt (30 minutes early, actually) and moved quickly. They handled our belongings with care, but packed the truck a bit too loosely -- things jostled against each other during the drive and got a bit damaged. Nothing unfixable, but inconvenient. We'd hire them again in a pinch, but will probably try someone else next time.
