  • If I could give 0 stars I would. This company was a nightmare from start to not even finish. I called the day before to confirm but the owner ignored multiple calls and even hung up on me. On moving day the movers arrived late scheduled for 130 PM came at 2 and stood around waiting for the owners approval. We had to call him at least 10 times before he responded. Once they started they moved extremely slow. At 430 PM the owner called asking why we had not left the pickup spot. I told him it was because his workers were dragging. He claimed they were moving at a normal speed which was far from true. Worst of all the didnt not finish loading the truck. The movers left while I was in the house without saying a word and stole my 800 dollar Rick Owens. When I confronted one of them he got defensive and hung up. Completely unprofessional untrustworthy and not worth your time or money. Will be filing a compliant in order to get my money back for my shoes.

    Ummmm you booked the day before what you expect? And like I said before if you was more organized you will know where they are packed at we are not responsible for un packed items

  • DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are the ultimate unprofessional! They broke my living room mirror and then continued to scream...and I do mean scream at me about it. It was so unexpected and embarrassing because the neighbors heard everything. Then, they slugged around with the unload to make the time pass by (trying their best to not move the heaviest items). THEN, they just left the premises without a peep! Leaving only half the job done, the Uhaul truck was open, exposing all of our items and to our surprise they left!!! I mean completely GONE! I was prepared to pay them for another hour (even though the experience was already horrible) but they didn't even give us the chance to tell them that! SO horrible! DO NOT book them!
