  • The mowers did not arrive on the day of the job. The job was scheduled for the morning and they did not show up until the next day! I was provided no updates and no communication regarding delays. I followed up several times after waiting several hours and they provided me a false ETA which they missed again and again. At 5pm they told me Uhaul was closed for the day and they would deliver the ubox and unload the next day (on a federal holiday). They also charged $39 extra for a COI. Not happy with the experience and on hindsight I should have hired someone else.

  • Javier and his crew were great. Good communication leading up to the move, on time day of, and packed everything really well. Couldn't ask for much more.
