  • They were nice however they lacked professionalism. My move went over by 4 hours and by the end of it all the movers became lazy and did not care for my items properly at all! They did not cover items with provided moving blankets which caused almost everything that was not in a box to be damaged! My sleep by number bed, my table and chairs, couch and the list goes on and on! I was hugely disappointed because I looked at the reviews and thought I picked a good company. The movers took extended breaks and came back smelling like weed! I don’t care about breaks but then they acted like I was suppose to pay for it! They were nice people but at the end of the day I don’t care how nice you are if you damage things and don’t do your job properly!

    First of all you scheduled at 6pm that same day to load a 26 ft uhaul . Then you tell me that you wanted to go to the storage unit after the house i made you aware that the storage unit might be closed by the time it got loaded so i suggested go there first.customer did not want to do that and said she wouldnt go to storage . We agreed . Then at 830 pm she leaves and calls helpers to drive truck to storage so they had to secure what was in truck then drive there then load storage then finish back at the house so because she had misc stuff at storage it took up more room the truck was getting full and customer kept asking help to keep putting things in any where they would fit till the truck was over full. The whole weed things is the apartment building she lived in the hallway smelled like weed and aparently blamed it on the workers but trusted them enough to drive her uhaul to storage when needed.if they were so high as she said my guy were tought always do what the customer wants
