The truck was loaded unevenly, within the first 5 mins of driving we heard movement. When we opened the door it all had shifted toward the door. Reuben had fantastic customer service, he was super understanding of scheduling delays that came up and was very flexible about it.

Sorry for that. We highly recommend having ropes or straps for tying items down to prevent shifting.
