The service was planed for 1 pm on May 31st with a certain Pierre. Nobody was showing up so I text the company number.the guy called Pierre started the communications ( planning of Time, items to move, etc) and all of a sudden no news from him nor from the planned moving team at 1 pm. an hour later, 2 pm, another guy calls me to let me know that they were on their way and would be there in 1.5 hour since they were leaving Valleyfield which is completely on the other end of MTL island. This guy mentionned that hé was just given the call. so. the team arrived very late ( 4 pm) I am very disappointed by the dispatching and the communication. the two guys who did the move did an excellent job. Nothing to say about their outstanding service considering they had no straps and were not informed of all the moving détails . tip was provided to them directly.
