  • The moving crew was 2.5 hours late. The crew showed up after I had already loaded 70 percent of the moving truck. They worked hard to unload the truck and moved the boxes, furniture, etc. up to the top floor. They were very careful with my possessions and nothing was broken or damaged. Unfortunately, they left a lot of the boxes on the top of the stairs for me to transport down the hall to my loft. Thankfully, they handled the furniture pieces! The movers were courteous and respectful. Out of principal for respect of the labor, I cash-app both of them a $50 tip. I appreciated the owner resolving the unforeseen staff issues and fulfilling the moving help agreement.
