• I was very impressed by how polite and friendly these movers were. They were helpful in problem solving the best way to move our very heavy items and even helped us tying down everything securely on the truck. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help moving! It was the best moving experience I’ve had yet.

• They got the job done, but it felt like they didn't always think things through. As an example, they left a couple of boxes and a suitcase on a shelf in the truck unsecured. I told them to take them down because I didn't want them sliding backwards and falling when the truck was in motion. The proceeded to put them lower down, but still unsecured on a different shelf where they could still slide backwards and fall down, so I eventually moved them myself. As long you give them very explicit instructions about how to carry stuff and how to orient anything that's not in a box, you probably won't have any issues.

  Hello James, thank you for your review as it lets us know what we can work on in the future. Apologies for any inconvenience we may have caused. Our movers work very hard with integrity and they are definitely competent to do the job and do the job properly without constant hovering. We have done hundreds of jobs and organization has definitely been a number one thing of ours that we are good at. As I looked over my movers notes I see you were the gentleman that did not allow the movers into the home. You advised them to stay outside and you would bring everything outside and then they could pack the truck. Just a little education on moving if a mover cannot go inside the home at all how are they to know how big, small, wide or tall the items are to pack the truck? they packed it the best way they could with what you were bringing out. • Teone and William were absolutely fantastic! From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of our belongings.
