  • 2 hours late. Worked for 1 hour 15 minutes and then had to leave. Assured me he would be back in the morning so I gave the payment code. Got a text after I was asleep telling me he wouldn’t be able to help. Didn’t see it until I woke up this morning. Also, charged me for 2hours instead of the 1 hour 15 minutes. I called him out about this and he started blaming me and my daughter. I am physically handicapped so am unable to help my daughter finish her move. Stress Free Movers? Ha! Should be High Stress Movers!! Buyer beware!

    Unfortunately, with small businesses, you cannot always please everybody the customer stated they were lenient with the start time as we were fully booked for the day. Upon arrival. Customer was not prepared for the move. Nothing was packaged or ready to go. We went ahead and removed all the items that were ready to go and filled the U-Haul up we did mention to the customer that he did not have adequate amount of space for all of his belongings, we do offer packaging and unpackaging services through the U-Haul app via moving helper but customer chose not to go with this package and was upset that we Had to leave things behind because of space and because the things were also not packed. As to the minimum for our jobs as stated in the app The minimum amount to book a service is two hours. We loaded and unloaded everything you had ready within an hour and 30 minutes. Unfortunately, miscommunications like these make moving day much harder customer did stay everything was packed and ready.
