Awful experience with Too Tough Moving, especially the owner Neil Komma. I had to reach out after booking through U-Haul—he never contacted me first. On the phone, he was condescending and rude. When he arrived, he refused to move or break down my beds, which I expected to be included. He also complained about making multiple trips, even though he was still within the three-hour window and finished early. After refusing to move several items, he got loud and demanded the pay code in an aggressive, confrontational way. Zero professionalism and a hostile attitude the entire time. I would never use this company again and don’t recommend it to anyone.

We recently hired Too Tough Moving to help with our 2-bedroom apartment move, and I can't recommend them enough. From start to finish, the team was incredibly polite, professional, and easy to work with. What truly blew me away was how efficiently they packed our U-Haul. I’m still shocked at how perfectly everything fit! They handled our belongings with care and made what could have been a stressful day feel smooth and manageable.
