They arrived late after I confirmed with them several times my start time. They did the worst job taking care of my things. Literally throwing fragile items into the truck, all my wooden furniture is scratched, and my leather chair is completely ripped. Most unprofessional and inexperienced movers I have ever seen.

A 1pm start time was confirmed by movers morning of at 1255pm I received a call asking for my address and was informed they would be here in 45 min. They ended being 1 hour late, good thing UHaul does not charge to extend rental time. The corner of my couch was damaged in the move and I discovered when walked down stairs to go return my uhaul that there were 3 boxes they never ordered to bring up. Granted the UHaul size I reserved was not what I got and was smaller but with in the 2 hours only a portion of my stuff was moved. So now I have to figure out how to get the rest moved
