Overall, I was happy that things worked out in the end! Uhaul screwed-up and dropped the uboxes in my neighbors driveway in the building next door. That was not Moving America's fault but it became their problem. They didn't hesitate went to rent a furniture cart and unloaded the boxes, moved my stuff down the street to my address. Great troubleshooting! Dislikes... - lack of advance communication made me wonder if they would even showup, day of comm was better! - I was under the impression that 2 movers were providing the service but only one showed up. His girlfriend helped but showed up unprepared! - Only the furniture was brought upstairs which left alot for my disabled body to move. - The bed and mattresses where not reassembled
