• I had a great first experience, so I booked them again, but it’s turning into a nightmare. I hired four movers, but only three arrived. I called the owner, Kerwyn Johnson (437-898-5051), and he sent the fourth mover—an hour and a half later. Despite being unhappy, I still tipped them $50. Later, the owner called for the payment PIN and processed it immediately. Days later, I started receiving threatening calls and messages from 613-505-9206 and Jessica Salvador (613-796-5199), demanding payment. They claimed I still owed them, though I had already paid. The owner told me he’d handle it after an accident, but the harassment continues. Now, they’re even using personal details from my social media in their messages. This has become serious, and I’m reporting it to the police. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

• I had an excellent experience with this moving service! Kerwin, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and made scheduling my move easy and stress-free weeks in advance. On moving day, Kerwin and Patrick showed up as true professionals. These guys are strong—they handled my large furniture with ease, all while being careful and strategic about how everything was loaded. What really stood out was their attention to detail and safety. They clearly prioritized taking care of my belongings and ensuring everything arrived intact. On top of that, they were both polite, friendly, and brought a great, positive attitude to the job. If you're looking for reliable, professional movers who go above and beyond, I highly recommend Kerwin and his team!
