The helpers showed up 45 minutes late. They used profane language freely. They were aggressive with our items and I witnessed them dropping furniture harshly. We have a damaged furniture and plates and a priceless China set from 1918. It was not the best experience. We have submitted an insurance claim for the damaged items.

Axel, the person who led the move was fantastic. He was highly professional, very friendly, and had a 'can-do' attitude. His colleague, William was very hard working and willing to do anything we asked him. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. You would do well to hire them, too. They were excellent.
