The movers never showed up, never confirmed what time in the afternoon they would be here, but it’s the evening now, they are unresponsive by call, text, email, even with the assistance of U-Haul customer service reaching out to them. It’s imperative that we move the stuff today so unfortunately, we are forced to cancel and leave them a negative review and hire someone else. Hopefully they have not caused us $900 worth of additional rent at the Location that We’re moving the items from. Awful experience. First time using the U-Haul moving services, and it was excruciating. Sadly…
