• Expected 2 men to load & unload. Confirmed 30 minutes ahead of scheduled meet time to confirm, got confirmation. 20 minutes later, got a call to let me know that something had happened (still not sure what) and 2 other employees would be coming, and those 2 were girls ... I said no, that's not going g to work as I specifically stated j had a large queen sized adjustable base bed frame and mattress. 2 men struggled with it last time i moved. The 2 girls were young and average build-quite capable of moving the boxes, not the bed. I was told the men I'd been expecting were on the way, 10-15 minutes out. An hour later 2 more ladies arrived - 1 was maybe a mother and then another young girl. They DID manage to get the mattress and frame loaded though the mattress now needs cleaned due to being on and off the ground bc they couldn't lift and carry it. Nice girls, just not who I expected or requested. I was mislead at best. I would not use them again or recommend. Unprofessional
