  • The moving team demonstrated a consistently positive attitude and were exceptionally careful and courteous throughout the process. Our only constructive feedback is that due to the scope and time constraints of the job, there were moments where clearer communication and more precise direction from our end would have been beneficial regarding what to load and from which rooms. Even with this, their professionalism and careful handling of our items stood out. We highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

  • Movers agreed to come next day to help set up a bed, and later expressed that would not do it if client would not pay 30 dollar extra fee. Very unprofessional. They expresssed would be delivering boxes around 10 am and did not arrive until after 3 pm with little communication. Worse mover helpers I've encounter.

    Hello Jessica, We are sorry to see that our work was unsatisfactory for you. As previously spoken about, U-boxes are usually not ready until after 11AM as this is when the forklift drivers arrive at U-haul to begin loading the boxes. Also, since we helped you move your service up several days from when initially planned, we did have other jobs previously booked that we had to complete prior, however, I do believe we reached out via text several times to give you ETA. Concerning the bed, we had mentioned this price previously in the week, however, I do not recall having this conversation again the day of the move to ensure there was no miscommunication. We do apologize for that. We always want to leave our customers satisfied and despite these issues I hope the rest of our work was up to par.
