  • I selected the least expensive option, so I guess I got what I paid for, but it wasn’t great. Of my 2 man team, one spoke limited English, the helper spoke ZERO English. It was also painfully clear that the helper knew zero about packing or stacking or moving. I was also very disappointed in all the rules that you aren’t told about until AFTER you’ve booked AND PAID!! If I ever need to do this again I will not book movers through to Uhaul ap.

    Hello Tami thank you for your feedback I apologize as being a vendor of Uhaul we are only aloud contact customers to go over move details after customers boom through the app and contact details are sent to us. We try to be very transparent with customers about our policies and answer any questions during the scheduling process at which point you are able to cancel at anytime with a full refund if you choose.
