Worst moving experience ever They called at 945 am for a 10 am job claiming an emergency and asked to reschedule I said no because we had to be out on time They ended up arriving when I couldn’t start so we had to begin loading the uhaul ourselves Then they claimed they were lost for over an hour How does a moving company not know directions or call for help They ignored the 24 furniture pads we provided Dragged our dining table leaving scratches Scuffed our bedroom set and my wifes work desk Broke a wine glass cabinet Bent a shoe credenza Damaged my sons desk One of them looked me in the eye and said the broken piece could be rescrewed while it was clearly split After all that they waited around expecting a tip I couldn’t give one due to the poor service When I told the owner he blamed us for not having pads and then tried to blame the unloading company Completely unprofessional Do not use them They simply didn’t care
