• Horrible service from beginning to end. I had booked movers for the morning shift. After I pay and confirm then they say they are not available for the morning shift. He said they would not be available until noon. Then he calls me the next day at ten thirty, saying he's at my storage unit, expecting me to just magically appear. They said they could fit all of my stuff in the unit, but they did not even stack it to the top. Also said they would come back if they did not finish, but they lied. Very disrespectful and cussing the whole time. Also, there was a lock that came with the storage unit that disappeared. Very shady do not hire them. They drive their sports car around, revving their engine up thinking they're cool. They need to spend that time and energy into working. How very sad we did hire two more movers through u haul, and they were amazing. So just don't go with the cheapest option, which is these guys. I guess we live and learn.

• These guys loaded our whole truck from our third floor apartment so fast, it was honestly amazing. Great moving experience!
