• I thought I was getting a FIVE STAR moving company, especially for the price. I made an extra effort to get a U-haul truck to carry 2 boxes and was told the father, Charles would go back for the third. Then Charles seemed surprised to hear I had another box and they loaded all the rest of my stuff in the back of the U-haul truck, and packed it in the box at the facility. I’m afraid of how I will find my items. They almost forgot my $3000, floating mirror, that goes to my bedroom dresser. Jersey, well, he should be FIRED for his laziness and lack of professionalism. He was throwing my dishes in boxes, packed way too heavy, and only seemed concerned about his phone. I did most of the wrapping of the glass ware, vases, flowers, etc. Jersey then picked up my dogs ashes that were in a wooden box inside a blue velvet bag, and pretty much dropped into a box! He is worthless! Oscar did an amazing job, and assisted appropriately. Charle’s needs to stop defending Jersey, Javons friend.
