  • Legendary, very professional. Called me once I booked to help me plan the space & what can fit in the Ubox. Very patient. Called me one day before the loading date to confirm that they are arriving on time. Very responsive for any questions. On the day of moving, they arrived on time, explained the process with me, efficiently and carefully moved all my stuffs in one box, even more than I expected! Things fit so well and tightly in the box. They also take good care of the things. LEGENDARY!

  • I got 2 movers, and it seemed to be a father-son duo and it was clear the son did not want to be there and only helped minimally with the move. The father was super helpful however, and told me he was okay with going a bit over the 2 hours I paid without charging me extra since he also agreed they should have been moving stuff a bit faster and finished the job within 2 hours, so at least they had that redeeming quality.
