I contacted Brandon late Saturday after another moving service completely fell through. Brandon was attentive and able to get us a crew for the next day - Sunday around 10am. The crewmember showed up early ready to work. On such last-minute notice, he utilized his two sons as his other two laborers - which is understandable but also led to a slightly less efficient service given the stairs and heavy items. We ran into issues when he caught wind of the Stairs Fee we had paid directly to Brandon. While I am absolutely sympathetic to his frustration with the fee not being paid to him, this led to an approximately 20-minute stoppage in work - refusing to continue until him and Brandon worked out their issue. This sort of thing should never happen at the expense (financially or time-wise) of the customer. They eventually worked it out (me playing mediator) - we didnt finish in 3 hours. Had to pay for another hour to finish AND helped them on the last leg of the move. Not an ideal experience
