• Jason was accommodating adjusting my number of movers and time the day before, however I would not recommend this company to anyone who cares about their place or furniture. Wish I could post pics of all the damage that happened..... I rented a dolly and they chose not use it so I have large scratches and gouges in the wood floor of my bedroom and entry way from them choosing to drag my furniture - likely costing my security deposit. The team only cared about speed and no care for my goods. I've had my dresser over 25 years and over 6 city moves and 4 state moves. I now have two broken drawers. Perhaps they took advantage that I was a single girl who couldn't watch all 3 workers but I completely regret giving them 100 cash tip but felt pressured when they told me if I did it over venmo, rhe owner would take a cut. When I sent pictures to Jason, I was given an apology and told to use my renters insurance. I another move of high-end furniture and will be looking elsewhere.

• This is the second time I have used them to move. I have had EXCELENT service both times. I will recommend them to any one moving! If I have move again, I will be hiring them again!
