The couch was broken during the move and I haven't received any credit or cash back or discount when it came to my final payment. I have a service ticket in to them but no one has responded.

It was an extremely tight fight trying to get the couch down the stairs. Customer did tell us not to worry about it because she got it for free. I will contact the customer to resolve the issue.
