• Showed up almost 3 hrs later than planned. Very slow at loading. A 4 hr job ended up taking 10 hrs. I would not recommend this mover. They did pack the trucks well but they were on their phones more than they were moving stuff.

  We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. And we understand your frustration. However any job the consists of wrapping and loading will take longer. You guys had 2 26 footers. And my team also had to wrap items in each room. We had a fairly new set of guys on your job. There are no excuses but my men were expecting to strictly come assist in moving. Regardless we are prepared for any task. As for the phones they were spoken too numerous of times and those same guys arent allowed on any more jobs. Please excuse the inconvenience but this could have been communicated during the move so we could have accommodated your family. Again we apologize on behalf of our team.

• Luxurious Lifters was on time, very professional, personable and conscientious from start to finish. They took the time to ask questions and were good listeners to make sure they knew how we needed the truck unloaded and items stored between 2 storage units. We would definitely recommend them and give them 5 stars.
