• I just received a text message stating that they were out of the area of service. They were located in Sacramento not in Nevada.

• The communication was off. The owner never kept his word. They held up my entire move because they came 3 hours late. They was not upfront on where they was located which held up the move. The movers unloaded fast once they got here. But they was so late, i had to start unloadibg an hour before they arrived. If i would have known this, I would have gotten the company that loaded my storage to do the unloading in another city and saved time and money. The owner is a joke, the workers are nice and polite. The owner lied, dont return calls, and left me hanging with a truck load that had a limited time to unload due to storage closing hours. I wouldnt recommend this company. There was no compensation for being 3 hours late, not even an apology from owner.
