It started out good but ended shockingly bad. We booked 3 men for four hours but the supervisor (1 of the 3) only moved things for 2 hours and spent the rest of the time in the U Haul. After 4 hours the supervisor said they neede more time. O said I would pay one more hour maximum and he said he wasnt sure that was enough. All the guides state that 3 men for 4 hours is sufficient. They couldn't figure out how to move a recliner loveseat into the house and took 20 minutes struggling with it. I said if you can't figure it out I'll need to hire someone who can. This set the supervisor into an irrational rage and he said they are done. They left the loveseat blocking the front door, and left furniture and boxes in the truck. Despite my attempts to negotiate an extension the supervisor spiteful left. I should have withheld payment but did not. The next day I hired another crew of 2 who had the loveseat move in under one minute! Don't hire these people unless all you have are simple items.

This customer held up my workers a couple times by keeping them inside the house unwrapping pieces that were wrapped and putting together some sort of statue I let the customer know that I needed them outside as I was putting everything from a very packed truck 26 foot onto the deck so they could carry into the house. I explain this to the customer several times and he kept asking my workers to stay inside and help him with other things. My coworkers replied that he was drinking and argumentative. After the four hours of working and the truck almost unloaded fully I told the customer that we could finish the job, but he wanted to negotiate the price and he was very argumentative to the point where I had to leave. we stayed an extra half hour and did not charge for that, but I told him I had to leave at that point. This is the first time I ever had a customer drinking and argumentative.
