  • I was charged 347.17 on my chase card in addition to this charge, but a receipt for 347.17 is not listed here nor in any other Uhaul history. I have a screenshot of jobs and it is not listed at all. I would like a refund of the 347.17 that was erroneously charged. I have contacted the mover about this and damages to my items, but no response. This moving company displays horrible customer service and sent a man and his small teenage son to my home and they couldn’t pick up items, damaged items, took multiple breaks, left to get pizza, asked for cash under the table to hide from their boss, and various other issues.
